الذنب: سجن خفي
من بين المشاعر المنخفضة، الذنب يُعتبر من أثقلها. هو شعور خفي يجعلنا نعتقد أننا مخطئون أو غير جديرين بالحب والتقدير. تراكم الذنب داخلنا يخلق نوعًا من الارتباطات السلبية التي تدفعنا لاستدعاء أشخاص وتجارب تعزز هذا الشعور.

المشاعر المنخفضة وتردداتها
المشاعر ليست مجرد أحاسيس عابرة، بل هي طاقة تهتز بتردد معين.
• الخوف: يجذب مواقف تزيد القلق.
• الغضب: يجذب صراعات وعلاقات مشحونة.
• الذنب: يجذب أشخاصًا يجعلونك تشعر أنك دائمًا مقصر.
كلما زاد تركيزك على هذه المشاعر، كلما وجدت حياتك تنعكس بنفس هذا التردد، وكأنك تعيش في دائرة مغلقة.
التحرر: كيف نكسر هذه الحلقة؟
- وعي النمط: اعترف بمشاعرك ولا تقاومها. اسأل نفسك: “ما هو التردد الذي أعيش فيه الآن؟ وما سبب شعوري بالذنب أو الخوف؟”
- تغيير القصة: الذنب والعقد غالبًا ما يكونان نتيجة قصص قديمة نكررها في أذهاننا. غير القصة بسؤال: “هل هذا الشعور يمثل حقيقتي اليوم؟”
- التنظيف الطاقي: استخدم التأمل والتنفس العميق لتحرير هذه الترددات. تقنية مثل “الشكر والمغفرة” مفيدة جدًا:
• اشكر مشاعرك لأنها كشفت لك ما يحتاج للتنظيف.
